Description
The Roland JP-8000 is a virtual analog synthesizer released by Roland in 1996. It was one of the first synthesizers to use digital modeling to emulate analog synthesis, offering a wide range of warm, rich, and dynamic sounds. Known for its intuitive interface and hands-on controls, the JP-8000 became popular for its "Supersaw" waveform, which created thick, detuned sawtooth sounds that were widely used in trance and electronic music.
