Modal Carbon8M

CARBON8M is a synthesizer designed for advanced sound design, experimentation, and performance. It features a sound engine that is twice as complex as the ARGON8 and COBALT8 series, incorporating complex waveform algorithms and wavetables into an 8-voice synth engine. The instrument includes a filtering system and extensive LFO capabilities.

In addition to its sound generation features, CARBON8M offers a range of modulation options, a real-time and step sequencer, an arpeggiator, MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression) support, studio-quality effects, and integration with the MODALapp software. The compact design allows for placement on a desktop or mounting in a 19” rack with the included brackets. CARBON8M is designed for those exploring new and unconventional approaches to synthesis.
